All puja bookings are considered religious and personalized services. Once a puja is scheduled and the sankalp (ritual commitment) is taken in your name, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled puja date. Refund requests before this period may be considered after deducting administrative and transaction charges.
Once the puja has been performed, no refund request will be accepted under any circumstances, as the service has already been delivered.
If your payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed due to technical errors, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days after verification.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
